👻 Friday the 13th release! 🎃

This is the first release, including many changes and improvements:

• NEW: Font included for consistent retro look across different platforms
• NEW: You can now deploy from git to your web host
• NEW: Deployment script for *nix (depends on rsync)
• NEW: Link to RAW format now displayed in the page
• NEW: Link to source code
• NEW: git tags that are human-readable
• Moved inline CSS to the CSS file to be able to disallow unsafe-inline in content security policy
• Made sure IE hacks are only applied in IE using IE tags
• Made HTML more maintainable for customizations
• Added info on security hardening (see README.md)

...and many little improvements.
