Enabling HTTPS/SSL for EventMachine on Ruby 1.9.2 for Windows

1. Install Ruby 1.9.2p0 from rubyinstaller.org and choose to add Ruby to your path
2. Install DevKit 4.5.0 from rubyinstaller.org and extract it
3. DevKit enable your Rubies:

   cd \YOUR\PATH\TO\DevKit
   ruby dk.rb init
   ruby dk.rb review
   ruby dk.rb install

4. Download the openssl-0.9.8-minimum github repo:

   git clone git://github.com/shreeve/openssl-0.9.8-minimum.git
   
5. Download eventmachine from github and install (NOTE: use forward slashes in paths below):

   git clone git://github.com/eventmachine/eventmachine.git
   cd eventmachine
   gem build eventmachine.gemspec
   gem install eventmachine-0.12.11.gem --platform=ruby -- --with-ssl-dir=/openssl-0.9.8-minimum
