About how to create a first-timer-only issue
Not certain that this is necessary, but I think that this blog post gives a lot of context around the concept and the "rules" of the initiative.

Since CoCs are one indicator of projects more likely to be friendly to newbies, setting the example and updating the CoC for this project would be useful.

Indentation is a must thing for every page and I just adjusted to the needs of every developer.
