SAMNet: simultaneous analysis of multiple networks

Welcome to the SAMNet project page.

SAMNet is developed by the Fraenkel Lab at MIT, currently maintained by Sara Gosline. The current manuscript describing SAMNet is currently under review, but previous work involving ResponseNet, an earlier version of SAMNet, can be found here. Also, feel free to investigate the web version of ResponseNet.

We are currently in the process of firming up the code base so that it can be easily adopted for various types of high throughput biological experiments.
