Issue: Publishing to Gradle portal #2
Add: porting of existing Maven 2.4.24 plugin on Gradle portal using ID: net.serenity-bdd.gradle
Add: publishing to Gradle portal; Gradle account credentials have to be given on the command line.
Bump: Gradle 6.8.3
Add: .gitignore file
