Epidemic-macro Model v1.2
Updates:
- updated economic model inputs for case study
The 64-bit Windows executable can be downloaded from the link below, or you can run the Python 3 source code. Sample input files are contained in a separate .zip file.
Instructions:
- Download epi_macro_model.exe and Input_files.zip
- Unzip Input_files.zip-folder to a location where you have read, write and execute permissions
- Place epi_macro_model.exe inside the folder
- Double-click on epi_macro_model.exe to run the model (output files will be written to the same folder)
Note: If you don't have a location for your folder where you have read, write and execute permissions, place epi_macro_model.exe in your Programs-folder and edit the "Start in"-file path in the executables' properties (Shortcut tab) to the location of the Input_files-folder.
Epidemic-macro Model v1.1
Updates:
- the “output_value_added.csv” file is renamed to “output_value_added_detailed.csv” and now includes GDP
- A new file, “output_value_added_annual.csv” reports annual totals, as well as the fraction of the year covered by the model

Epidemic-Macroeconomic Model
This is the first public release of the Stockholm Environment Institute Epi-Macro Model. It is a short-run (3-5 years) combined macroeconomic and epidemic model for generating population and value added baseline figures for SEI's scenario-based tools LEAP and WEAP.

RECOVRS pre-release
RECOVRS: Rapid Economic-COVID Response Simulator
This is the first public release of the Stockholm Environment Institute's RECOVRS model. It is a short-run (3-5 years) combined macroeconomic and epidemiological model for generating population and value added baseline figures for SEI's scenario-based tools LEAP and WEAP.

Note: The technical specification for the model is currently undergoing peer review.
