New Features

Add experimental AbsoluteVisual orbit type.
Like Visual, this includes all parameters needed to calculate relative positions between a planet and its host in the plane of the sky; however, it also adds ra, dec, rv, pmra, and pmdec parameters that allow one to rigorously calculate the systems position over time in absolute coordinates.
This correctly propagates the system's linear motion in 3D coordinates from a plx, ra, and dec coordinate at some reference epoch, taking into account "perspective acceleration". Thank you Eric Nielsen for the assistance in creating this new feature.

Note that changing viewing angle is not yet accounted for eg for calculating transit timing variations and the like.
