ltConfig configuration for Deluge on Raspberry Pi 3 and 4
This is an optimized itconfig.conf to prevent CPU and USB harddrive overload with deluge.
These settings have been tested for over 2 years and proved stable with other services running at the same time on both Raspberry pi 3+ and 4
