For this project I'm taking advantage of two external libraries found in /libs

The first is Jonathan Hedley's Jsoup which gets and parses our HTML and XML data sources.

Next up is mapview-overlay-manager, an "Extension for Overlayer in the Android Maps-API". I find it makes working with the mapview overlays a bit easier.
