Hello Prometheus

Integrating Prometheus into Java EE applications using the Java API and a thin WAR file approach.

In order to build the Docker image, the simpleclient-0.0.26.jar and simpleclient_common-0.0.26.jar dependencies need to exist in docker/ as shown in the video.
