Add titles to the baseball notebook, similar to the SpecDash Demo notebook. Still need to fix up some of the titles for the acronyms.

Please review that I didn't delete anything that would be beneficial to the notebook. The following was removed:

Commented out result of baseball plays
Removed un-used yix variable inside of Field Outs cell
Reordered prints to be more readable.
