This release contains all the code and configuration files tested during the surface tests on Barcelona of the whole track.

The things that are pending are:

  • Communication via udp_bridge --> enable respawn when timeout found and retest
  • Design of a cooler GUI
  • Arm related stuff
  • Test the localization online with the new graph

August integration release

This release was produced during August 1-3 in Lisbon.

The drivers was adapted to the new platform that was built by IdMind company. It has several new functionalities, including automatic online width adjustment, arm integration, extra monitoring capabilities which are reflected in the new siar_status topic. It also has light on/off by software.

All of these new functionalities have been tested. To this end, some utilities were added, such as arm_tester of the siar_driver. Also, some extra commands were added in the siar_teleop_joy utility to adjust the width and turn lights on and off.

Version showcasted in the SIAR internal review 2017-03-30

This is the version installed in the SIAR onboard PC during the internal review on 2017-03-30, Seville.

The demo included remote operation, navigation in a mockup of the sewer and arm preprogrammed movements on deploying and collecting a box.
