Please describe your change in one or two sentences

Adjusted the SuperTeam ruleset to:

changed unnecessary text to main rule set links
removed rule about robot response to ball on neutral spot
Kick-off sequence of events

Please explain why do you think this change should be in the rules

Conciseness, Readability & Game play

Remaining Todos:

Maybe create SuperTeam-Field graphic for cover page - optional though
Add language regarding Communications module (see also https://github.com/robocup-junior/soccer-communication-module) in both regular and SuperTeam rules.
