turning the directory into more than just a list

  • Directory data/json to content/yaml

  • Use page bundles for image and content together

  • list display

    • lists all pages
    • single page
      • display image
      • display language
      • display location
      • activities
      • [ ]

    This PR will continue failing until we settle on a format for the directory and start changes there too.
