Community mission

R-Ladies Rome is an online community learning environment for all of you who'd like to learn more about how to use R and RStudio for data analysis, visualization, and modeling. We promote diversity allowing interaction among communities of different races, gender, and nationality as well as spoken languages.

We are members of R-ladies Global find us on the dashboard, and here is how you can get involved.

Code of Conduct

R-Ladies Rome is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experiences for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form.

Community Policies

Please note, men are welcome to join our meetups if they come as a guest of a women participant. We highly encourage speakers and teachers at R-Ladies Rome events to be of minority genders.

Images/ Media

Photos, Films and all other media/recordings: Photographs and/or video/other media will be taken at events held by this community. By taking part in an R-Ladies Rome event you grant the community organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming/media, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity, fundraising or other purposes to help achieve the community's aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not wish to be recorded in these media please inform a community organizer.
