Client side backend of the plimmer project.

program_manager.py - 	program manager script that catches all exceptions and restarts the daemon

daemon_main.py - 	creates a daemon, makes 2 threads. One for updating server and the other for websocket
			
collector.py - 		Accesses the sqlite3 database, creates an update dictionary and POST request to server

websocket.py - 		Websockets with server to receive GET/POST jsons from server. POST responses back to server
