This is a very simple plugin that teleports you to your house.
"/sethome [name]" Sets your home with the name: [name] in the spot where you are standing
"/home [name]" Teleports you to the place where you set your home [name].
"/ishome [name]" Checks if [name] is a home or not. If it is not, then it gives brief instructions on how to set the home to that name. Not tested, but should work properly
