Update TextFields that hold JSON to JSONFields

Once we have #804, we can begin to use JSONField to hold our JSON information and get rid of the various calls to json.dumps()/loads() and ast.literal_eval()

For example, Analysis.workflow_copy is really JSON and should be handled as such.
