Add h5 files to the FileType object

Currently we do not have h5 files in the FileType table - this seems like it should not be true and we should have them. To see that this doesn't work, check the refinery-platform/refinery/file_store/migrations/0003_filetypes_and_fileextensions.py migration and note that h5 does not appear. Run an analysis like Kallisto RNA-Seq and you will see a message that it does not exist. Fixing this is as easy as updating the migration / adding a new one
