We could create a refgenie explore or refgenie serve (on the refgenie CLI, not refgenieserver) which would start up a local server that would provide a web GUI showing a browser-based exploration of local (and remote?) assets. In fact users could even interact through this server, issuing pull or build commands or what-have-you.
Could just make it nice and easy to explore your local refgenie assets, and it could all be done using the refgenie CLI API.
