Initial support for Japanese text to speech
Supports the following:
- allophones (phonemes) for Japanese
- POS tagging and pronunciation using kuromoji (required for ha/wa disambiguation)
- Japanese text normalization (half width katakana, dakuten, numbers and latin alphabets in different unicode pages)
- support for basic date/time/number expansion
- spells out Latin alphabet text
