I've adjusted event pages which held in Japan (rather, described in Japanese) for mobile or tablet view.
As example, I applied it to Sendai 2nd event page. Screen shots attatched as below, but you can try on your local, please clone my branch and access to
http://127.0.0.1:8000/sendai.html.PC view, 1060px or more
tablet view, 744px-1059px
mobile view, 375px-743px
opened toggle menu
