Proposed Changes:
Clarified that only JSON Schema in version draft-07 is officially supported in Collection summaries.
This is due to the fact that we only validate against draft-07 which is also used by the STAC JSO Schemas.
Adding more versions may lead to downstream issues in validation.
Added a note about it.
