We present an approach to compare existing data resources on pediatric cancer genetics data. Read more in our publication Use case driven evaluation of open databases for pediatric cancer research
We further provide an Excel and R-Script to foster open research. See the comparison table, the R statistics script as well as the Figures for more on comparison data and calculations. We plan to extend the available scripts if we find new resources, but this may take a while.
