Ah hmm, seems like this branch used the ihMT branch and not master as the main branch. I don't recall why I did that. |

I had these scripts that were fun tests that I could build off of, maybe I wont need to merge this PR and instead just refer to these scripts when building my own in the other branch.

I played around in a branch with some qMT stuff over the summer, wondering if any of the changes might be useful to the more stable mb/qmt-ismrm branch, so am just making a PR to see the differences for noww.
