Describe the Bug

The 'require' should contain all dependency packages.

For some reason the ubuntu.sh script has the dependency list, but this obviously isn't the right location.

Hello @yurivict, we are in the process of redesigning our PyNE project. Since PyNE was initiated a while back and has been developed using various programming languages, the current version remains in legacy mode. We anticipate that the upcoming PyNE 0.8.0 release will feature a modern installation method using pip.
