enable "returnRejected" option exists as pull request purifycss#129 but has not been merged yet into upstream

Could we get this merged into upstream? It's a really simple yet useful feature. |

To use purifycss as a linter only you can use the option
returnRejectedwhich enables reporting for removed selectors so that we gain control over the output (unlikerejected).
