Controlled vocabullary OBO documents that are currently used in the QCloud2 website:
- ts-cv.obo: troubleshooting CV. Used to annotate each data point either by a problem or an action to cover all possible events and issues of an LC-MS system
- lc-cv.obo: liquid chromatographer CV. List of commercial LCs. Used to specify each LC-MS system within the QCloud website.
- qc-cv.obo: extended Quality Control CV. List of QC metrics parameters used in the QCloud. Is based on HUPO-PSI QC CV but extended to meet QCloud2 needs.
