- Added protocol to make adjustments to navigation- and toolbar like changing the bar style or adding buttons
- Added a very simple example for this functionality
- Removed the existing button in favor of a UIBarButtonItem in the new navigation bar
- Added spine for UIPageViewController to highlight how many images there are
