This release is ONLY for users who have CPU's that don't support SSE4 instructions. Most likely these are AMD phenom chips or Intel Core2 Duo cpus. It removes PxrSurface and the "convert cycles materials" option. This will be the last release supporting these. Otherwise this is the same as the 21.3 release.
