Remove predicate in IcebergTableHandle and update presto protocol accordingly

Description

This PR remove the deprecated and useless field predicate in IcebergTableHandle, and update the generated protocol c++ code accordingly.

Motivation and Context

Discard and remove the confusing field in IcebergTableHandle
