please keep the distinction between the envs and leave a lightweight configuration for the devs. also, i would suggest to drop IE 10 from the list.

That part is done via update
- single place of configuration via .browserlistrc file - up-to-date configuration aligned with @angular/cli generated one Thanks!

i don't find the coverage of not dead: https://browserl.ist/?q=not+dead
instead i can see the others, eg. https://browserl.ist/?q=%3E+0.5%25
