Added the shadow image to each icon image

Not sure if this is useful to anybody else, but I needed the shadow combined with each icon.

Leaflet uses the shadow image as separate from the marker image.
This way one shadow shape can be used for all marker colours. This reduces work in creating new icon colours, bandwidth by having fewer and smaller files to transfer.
