Development

The page is a static site, rendered by Hugo.

Check the Makefile for details.

Valid targets are:

test

The default target, create dynamic data, then run hugo as a test server.

release

Create dynamic data, then run hugo to generate the site in /docs.

deploy

Run release, then deploy the site to the web server. This assumes you have write access under the ssh name pioneer.

downloadlinks

Generate the shortcode for download links (used on the download page).

changelog

Generate the shortcode for the changelog (used on the download page).

releasejs

Generate the partial for the release javascript (used on the main home page).

For starters, you might want to check the files in /content/page/, which contain the normal page content. The theme is defined in /themes/pioneer/.

To add images to the carousel, just drop them in /static/carousel, they will be picked up automatically.
