CRISPResso2 cannot handle drop out deletions between two target sites, apparently

Hello,

I am finding that reads containing a drop out deletion between two target sites do not map to my reference, and nor are they classified as ambiguous (reads without the drop out deletion do map to my reference, as expected). Is there a way to fix this?
