Aruba seems to clean up after itself, but test runs interrupted by exceptions can leave old gemsets intact. This deletes test gemsets by name using a before hook. Aruba's API doesn't provide a 'delete gemset' function.

I could not accomplish getting the stack trace cucumber (aruba) tests to work, but this fixes some simpler problems, and also cleans up if a test run fails & doesn't delete a test gemset. Ruby 1.8.7-p352 and 1.9.2-p290.
the sinatra-1.3-workaround I left in a separate pull request.
