Please consider this request to add bootnode endpoints to the chainspecs of
coretime-westendandcoretime-kusama.These bootnodes are operated by the Infrastructure Builders Programme as part of the commitments of their members.
All these endpoints have been tested according to the procedure indicated here.
Additionally, please also consider some maintenance changes to Gatotech's bootnode endpoint in several other chains.
