Crosswalk of ICD-9-CM to ICD-10-CM diagnostic codes for common pain conditions. Organized into diagnostic clusters for population pain research based on U.S. National Pain Strategy framework.

This repository contains:

• An excel spreadsheet, Pain_Dx_12MAR19.xls, with two sheets containing the diagnosis code crosswalk and codes in a list format respectively.
• A SAS dataset, paindiagxwalk_12MAR19.sas7bdat, containing the crosswalk.
• A SAS dataset, diag_12MAR19.sas7bdat, containing the codes in a list format.
