This is c-forth written by Allan Pratt containing modifications by John P. Nelson, Ken Brown and Marc de Groot.
Changes:
- -DUSE_CURTERM enables terminal handling, block editor works
- supports DODOES and vocabularies
- supported cell sizes: 16/32/64bit
- works on macOS, Linux, Windows
