Support C++11 and cmake-2.8.0.

Fixed the follows.
#1 Fix to refresh screen when switching disk by key
#2 CrazyDiskInfo shows wrong temperature about my SSD which doesn't have temperature info in S.M.A.R.T
#3 Fix crash by skipping S.M.A.R.T unavailable disk
#4 Clear window for removing remaining color
#5 For avoiding crash, exit with error message if no devices or non-root user
