Inject Opinary OTB embed script.

If no element indicator setup: script will be looking for placeholder <div id="opinary-otb-embed"></div> in HTML DOM

Template should be triggered on page visit.

Update:

• create a commit with changes
• change versions in metadata.yaml where sha is previous commit hash and changeNotes is release description
• create a new commit with version bump
