Seeing intermittent probe failures, e.g. via monitoring by uptime robot (some visible at https://status.dea.ga.gov.au/).

That is, HTTP GetCapabilities requests, for both WMS and WCS services, in both production and development environments, are failing (infrequently) with "Keyword Does Not Exist" error.

It seems that failures often coincide with deployment downscaling events.
