Murphy (Dunkley) [has died](https://www.aph.gov.au/Senators_and_Members/Parliamentarian?MPID=133646). A by-election has taken place and [Jodie Belyea](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jodie_Belyea) elected as of 2 March, but the aph website has not yet created a page for her yet. Morrison (Cook) [has resigned](https://www.aph.gov.au/Senators_and_Members/Parliamentarian?MPID=E3L) and a [Cook by-election](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_Cook_by-election) will be held, though the date is still to be confirmed.

The Cook by-election will take place 13 April 2024 and Jodie Belyea now has an APH page, so I've created a pull request to update the people.csv file. |
