Final openETCS release (Service 1)
This service release incorporates the newest RMF build to take advantage of new features for the requirements component. Otherwise it is identical to v1.0.1-final.

Open ETCS LUNA ALPHA 2
This release is the second alpha version of the toolchain for Luna Eclipse.
This alpha version is not meant to be use in production.
Please not that, for the moment:
- Update site is not available
- tests have been succesfully passed
- RTtester plugin is included in build
- UML2B UI is not integrated due to Acecleo insolvable dependencies (see #441 )
- UML2Scade feature have not been included, as legal issue over Scape Eclipse API source code have not been solved (see #459, #449, #446)
- UML Papyrus updated to Luna SR2 version.

This release is the first alpha version of the toolchain for Luna Eclipse.
Please not that, for the moment:
- Update site is not available
- tests have been excluded of the build (the ProR one fail)
- RTtester plugin is not included in build
- UML2B UI have not been tested
- UML2Scade feature have not been included, as legal issue over Scape Eclipse API source code have not been solved (see #459, #449, #446)
