The latest Emby beta (4.5.0.5) has broken one of the Interfaces the custom media added notification depends on. You have two solutions to get media added to work: Fixed in 4.5.0.6

2. Roll back to a server version prior to the 4.5.0.5 beta

• Added a queue to wait in between sending media added notifications for bulk media additions (think seasons, albums) Without this, it's almost guaranteed that you're going to be ratelimited and not all your media added notifications will go through
