Drop kiloton of unneeded crap. Use lightweight SDL2_mixer + libxmp solution.

TODO:

  • Should we just cache converted sound samples ? Maybe.
  • Pitch change should probably be done in mixers postprocess thingy.
  • Move XMP stuff to its own file. Or maybe poke at SDL2_mixer until it uses libxmp instead of modplug.
  • Many bugs, handle it!
