For OTIO we need to set DOTIO_FIND_IMATH=ON so that it finds our version of Imath via CMake. Because the ASWF build has Python support enabled, it requires a workaround to make CMake happy.

Keeps the code compatible with 4.x and 5.0. Deprecated declaration warnings propagate to errors in CI (caused by new channel layout API).
