I think this information should be moved under the "Share" heading. As it is, it's slightly misleading.
Basically, you create a share link for a specific workspace - you can (not necessarily) select a specific tag, or several tags (even from different tag categories). All documents uploaded will be uploaded in that workspace and use the chosen tags. You can also use an email alias to allow a second way of uploading documents. The documents sent to that email address will be uploaded to that workspace and use the selected tags, if any.
Currently, it seems you assign a tag to the document somehow, and it's moved to the workspace based on the tag, but it doesn't work that way.
