Really, really simple readme:

1. To compile the code, clone to a local repository

• git clone https://@bitbucket.org/nyimbi/voter-registration.git (This will setup your local repo)
• Install pre-requisites (qt3/qt4, libfprint - http://www.reactivated.net/fprint/api/)
• cd src/concept
• make

• Compiled on Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OX 10.10/11 (El Capitan)
