Add random username feature like these password manager softwares.

Compile pass on JRE 9.

Example:

$ java -jar PassGenerator.jar -un 3
lagans4728
miaous7655
toepiece3930
Generated 3 usernames

And according to RandPassGenerator/CONTRIBUTING.md. I'm not a U.S. government employee.
